The list of top 10 states with the highest STD rates has been released.

And I know you're wondering, this is the rate per capita because you can't measure it be apples and oranges if you

measured big states versus small states. It is the likelihood per capita that a state has an STD.

And we'll count down from the top 10 to number one. The top 10 most STD infected state is Arizona.

Number nine is Arkansas. Number eight is North Carolina. What's going on in North
