I want to go too deep into what I would consider to be a very favorable ruling today for President

Trump, but I will read a few of the operative parts. I know some people just want the cliff's notes and that means is he in trouble or

isn't he it's never quite that easy and it's never quite that definitive. In a six three ruling, the

court determined Trump has absolute immunity.

That means unquestioned all powerful.

Trump has absolute immunity for his core constitutional powers.

Now this is what upsets people about lawyers,

but it's not, everything is not black and white. everything is not so easy. And so who's going to determine what those

core constitutional powers are.

The Supreme Court has chosen not to do that.

They're going to remand this case back to the district court which is not favorable to President

Trump. We'll get to that in a moment. They say he has absolute immunity for his

core constitutional powers. There is no immunity for his core constitutional powers, there is no immunity for

unofficial acts. So again this is not going to be a matter of law. The court

ruled consistent with what we already believed that a president

acting within his powers has absolute immunity. I think they feel that they went further than has been said before.

But that's only partially helpful because the question is going to be are the conversations he had going to be

considered his core constitutional powers or unofficial acts.

And how that is determined

is going to make all the difference in the world.

If someone says, you get an ice cream if you're a good boy and you lose your job if you're a bad boy, you go, okay, that's good. So when you did what you did, was that being a good boy or a bad boy boy it's unclear. So who's going to determine that because
