Friday, early afternoon, Uncle Jerry and I went out to look at a space that we're looking very hard at for an RCC 2.0, more of an ice house than a concert venue.

It'd be some smaller concerts, but the concert business is too tough and not doing the big food operation.

Probably just do burgers and sausages, but we'll see.

I mean, you've got to do a lot of due diligence.

And part of why I tease those things is to get feedback.

So I invited a number of people to join us and friends. And then I just sort of put it out there on social media if you're interested.

And I, of the first, say, 10 people who said they were interested, I said to five of them, just randomly, here's the details, don't post where you're going to be, but just show up.

And some of them did.

And I was wearing what I was wearing to the studio, which was a pair of pants that my wife bought me.

They're shorts because I have nice legs, Ramon, as we've discussed.

And they're sort of a peach salmon color.

She bought them for me.

No, yes.

In Palm Beach.

Because a pair that I was wearing

had torn.
