I'm here, but you didn't start with my name,

so I didn't know you were talking to me.

I'm going through. I've been hanging on here for over an hour.

I love... Let me explain something that I've explained many times over the years.

So the way it works is there's a lot of people out there listening.

A lot, like more than you can imagine right so when you hear you're on the line right

if you were to say in error because I'd go on to another line if you'd be like

Michael this is Donovan and you were to do a two minute spiel. If literally nobody

heard you do that you've wasted Donovan's time and only Donovan's time and you shouldn't even be embarrassed because nobody knew it.

However, if you just sit there going, well, might me I'll leave everybody wondering and I'll have them double back because I didn't say a name that was it Donovan.
