Bill, you said the three requirements in Texas,

where you can't have casinos unless the Indians run them,

is it has to be private, so you have a membership fee,

has to be fair to all, so you can't have games that are weighted toward the

house, like Craps and roulette it has to be poker and

the house can't keep anything there's no rake you can't get a percentage of each hand. So what type of poker are you offering?

So the most popular game in town is Texas Holdom.

But we also have other types of

poker such as Pot Limit Omaha,

um, Raz, seven-card stud, Omaha High Low.

I mean there's a ton of different games out there and at Texas Cardhouse both spring and

on Westheimer we play mixed games where you can play all those games

rolled into one session. Do you know why I play Texas Hold'em?

Why?

It's the only game I know.

People will say to me, I've had friends say to me,

that's a carnival game, dude. That's that you know that that they dismiss it to which I say I like it and that's really I'm not playing it to impress anyone else.
