I very rarely suggest buy the book and read it, you'll be the better for it.

I do that here because I found it to be very interesting because Buck takes what is very dry CIA training and mind control training that places like the CIA use and applies it to what we're seeing every single day. And I think it gives

you some tools to recognize that. I want to read a line from the book toward the end. This was

page 207. Identity construction. This is the identity construction chapter. As with forced

phobia, brainwashing, and other mind control tactics, we're going to rewind and go back to those because they're covered earlier in the book.
