A week or so ago, the CDC issued new COVID guidance.

You might have seen that story.

They now recommend that if you have COVID, you treat it like the flu.

So New York Times and the Wall Street Journal posted headlines.

CDC said, treat COVID like the flu.

And nobody had a problem until Trump

tweeted or posted on Truth Social, he said, it is obvious true that's the flu

COVID is the flu and that's all it ever was and all the rest of this is nonsense

and so they immediately said that's not true that's not true.

So again, science takes a back seat to politics

which has destroyed the credibility of public health agencies and officials, especially Fauchy, but so many

other.

Now they say, if you got COVID just stay home until you don't have a fever.

Take some fever reducing medication. That would be what my grandma would call

Tine all. If you have symptoms, go ahead and wear a mask,

you know, because we have to ever so often mention the mask,

so we don't seem silly for having pushed the mask on everybody.

Oh, and social distancing. We'll throw that

back in there because it's really, really falling into disrepute and we look stupid. So let's
