unconstitutional acts of the Biden administration harder and winning more in its Ken Paxton, the attorney general,

state of Texas.

You address the attorney general as General Paxton, Vermont, in case you't know that the nomenclature.

Yeah, like General So, very similar except without all the flavor.

Attorney General Ken Paxton, I have a lot of questions for you, but there's a couple of things to start with that your office is working on that if you could take a minute on each to catch us up on, let's start with the border and the state of Texas creating the barrier and keeping the feds

out so we can secure our border.

Yeah, so there's actually a couple of cases where we've got the one where we sued after I came

back into office over them cutting down the fences and the wiring.

So we're at the fifth circuit on that right now and we've got to stay stopping them from damaging our

property while we're waiting for another

hearing. The same in the Bowie's case where we put Bowie's in the water to keep people

from coming across that's also at the Fifth Circuit. I feel good about both of those given the

situation on the border. We also have a couple of other border cases. I don't know if you want me to talk about this now, but there's

several of them going on.

So we also have the one that the legislature was trying to address

where they are, gave the state of Texas the opportunity

to deport people that have come here illegally and I applaud them for doing that
