Yeah. show is on the air. John Thune has been more or less useless as the Senate Republican, as the Senate

majority leader, Republican senator has not done what Trump has needed him to get done

to accomplish what needs to be accomplished to put Republican judges on the bench.

Well, it looks like there is now going to be rules change so that they can expedite the judges.

I think we have about 100 waiting to be confirmed so they can take their seats on these benches,

get these activist judges out of the way and better judges on our bench,

because that is, as you've seen, the backstop.

The judiciary is important.

And the way the process works, we need to use it while we have our majority.

We don't know that we'll have a Senate majority come January of 27.

I hope we do. But you better get everything you needed to get done because once the Democrats

are in power, they're not going to let you get anything through.

Nothing.

The THC ban that was stupid that Dan Patrick was pushing has failed, and the legislature's second special session has ended.
