extorting you, do they want money to not tell what you've done.

And the question is, was a payment made?

Did Donald Trump know about it? I think that's going to be the part that they're

going to struggle with. I think they can show the payment. We'll see. Did Donald

And was a payment made, did Donald Trump know about it? There's no crime committed yet.

And if you can prove those two things, my understanding of the elements of this case would be that then were records falsified in order to hide the payment. It's not illegal to make a payment to somebody.
