I do.

I try to avoid it most of the time just because of the traffic. It's almost like dropping into DFW.

You know, 237 is, I mean, there's no way around it. I mean, the roundtop antique festival, and now they, they've, whoever programs that stuff, it's quite impressive what they've done.

But we started going out there 25 years ago, and to see what it has become in the meantime,

it is basically River Oaks and Tanglewood and Cyprus and Tomball, you know, relocated to the little, bitty, tiny town of Roundtop,

and you can't get up and down 237 during that period of time.

Everybody I know that lives out there, they just leave during that time because it's so crazy.
