The Michael Berry Show is on the air. Three former employees of the Harris County Tax Office have been indicted for bribery.

Houston Chronicle reports, quote,

While the employees were not named in the release, the charges stemmed from alleged fraud within

the office's automobile and Compliance Department.

One employee was terminated while the other two had resigned a year before.

In a post on X, Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman announced that deputies had arrested a former clerk on bribery charges.

Court documents filed with the Harris County District Clerk's Office Tuesday accused Diana Flores Sibrian of accepting cash payments between

May 1st of 22 and June 8th of 23 from Arnold's title Services in exchange for processing transactions containing false information

and processing titles in violation of Harris County Tax Office Policy.

Also listed in charging documents or two other individuals, identified only as C. Gonzales and M. Martinez.

Why don't we get to know their names? They were public officials.

Harris County tax assessor and Harris Bennett said once her office became aware of the

alleged fraudulent activity.

They immediately notified the Texas Comptroller's office,

the Harris County Precinct 1 Constable's office,

and the Harris County District Attorney's Office

who opened an investigation into the matter.

Houston City Government is corrupt. Harris County Government is corrupt.

I just read Huffman School District increasing
