When I was on City Council, back in the day, Wayne Dolcefino was at Channel 13, and he

was the investigative reporter. And back in those days, the way television was rated was they would

have what's known as sweep sweep. Some of you know about this. In the way they would determine

how many listeners each station got, was they would take a sample a couple times a year of the

audience for that week. So what the stations would do is no matter how good or bad their programming

was throughout the course of the year, they would put their best stuff on a particular week. Now that

wasn't accurate because you might be a Channel 2 watcher, but you heard about Dolcefino doing this

big story and you'd switch over that week. So Channel 13 would get the credit even though you were

a Bill Bayesa and Dominic Soxah person. You get the point. So Dolcefino was a guy who could do these

stories. They would just knock your socks off. They were so good. And so when he would come to

City Council, people's faces would just go white. And I wasn't worried because I knew I wouldn't lie

cheating or stealing. I wasn't doing business deals in my capacity at City Council. I didn't have

to worry that he was going to catch me, but it would be fun to watch people who were real cocky

before he got there and make no mistake. Dolcefino is very cocky. He's also a very good storyteller.

He's a very good storyteller using the medium of a camera. And he's obviously got a good

resource department. And he did a story on government waste. He just did this on government waste

that is so incredibly good that we're going to share with you. It's going to be across two segments.

Well, no more intro. Here it is. And these side of the bitches don't respect the fact that some

people on the street are trying to save up their money. His name is Stone. And he's our neighbor.

But not a fan claiming I ignored him decades ago while I was a reporter for Channel 13.

Anyone who didn't listen to me and I think about that. And I know he's had Jewish. I think his
