Get ready little lady, that was coming to Brad Chris.

As they would say on money, money, Python, and now, for something completely different,

you know, Texas Country Reporter did a profile on a woman named Angie Hunt at the waffle

house in Orange on Highway 62 and I-10.

So for those of you who drive I-10 anywhere from California to Florida, if you are eastbound

on I-10, after you go through Beaumont, you'll go through Vider, and the next town will

be Orange.

When you do that, you will see an exit for Highway 62.

If this is before you get into Orange, at that exit right there, you are literally

a walk from where I grew up, and my parents still live there.

If you exit 62 and turn right, and you go down about 500 feet right there on your left,

so on the east side, you go on south, now on the east side right there, there's a waffle

house.

In fact, there's everything there.

There's a water burger, and none of that was there when I grew up.

I rode my bicycle up to the loves, which was the gas station that's still there, and

you could get a baloney sandwich and chips, and that was about all we could get in the,

you know, food category other than eating at home, but I could eat that at home, so that

wasn't even through.

They didn't have a grill at the time.
