But I can't help but think about the inspiring story of a

story state representative in Tennessee. Joanne Favors who,

despite a severe fear of dogs in the plaza showed up to work to make great loss.

A few weeks ago Madam Speaker I spoke to you and also Chairman McCormick about my extreme fear of dogs.

I just encountered the dog down in the plastic. I'm very upset about

this Madam Speaker. I think it's so unfair that I have to deal with dogs here in this past.

And I'm very, very upset and I know that it has affected my blood pressure. I think about a woman who despite being legally blind, which could be debilitating, certainly a severe disability,

went on to be a full-blown pent.
