Yeah, there you are.

The sound was just really weird on my hand.

I don't know why.

Hey, I got the perfect way we can end every... Hold on. Describe for me the sound. I was just muffled. It was like... I heard the little ding that, uh, where you picked up. That's how I knew to pick up. But the sound was very, very muffled. I don't know. So... Even on your intro music, I could barely understand it.

You know, it's crazy.

We were in the IHeart Studios for years, and our chief engineer, Bob Strupe, who was one of the nationally recognized chief engineers in the country.

He would advise stations all over the country.

He had forgotten more about radio equipment than anybody else.

But he built the studios to last, not always to my exact specs of how I would like it as a user.

And so we had a phone system that is, it's called T-L-O-ilos, T-E-L-O-S, and all the radio stations in the country, that was kind of, that was the standard, that's what you used.

And it's a phone that you could push the buttons and it's run through a line, or you could pick up the phone during the break and talk

to people in case you were to say, hey, can you hold with me for a minute? Ramon does that now,

but back then I used to do it. And I always thought when we go out, I'm going to build my own studio

and I'm going to have an internet-based phone system because that way when I'm out traveling the country given speeches and going to events, I can do my show, which I often do, and I'll be able to see the calls coming in from the road.
