Let's start with a case that we've been covering for 15 years because our system refuses

to deal with hardened criminals.

We pretend that hardened criminals are somehow like the rest of us when we're not, when they're not.

We go back to 2010, a sophomore in high school, Elsic High School named Chad Holly.

There had been a stakeout in a neighborhood, and the police had an eye on a house that they

believe was going to be burgled.

So the cops have this thing surrounded, and there go the bad guys.

So they go in,

break in,

the stakeout is effective.

The cops jump out to go and arrest.

Well,

Chad Holly goes on the run.

And he's pretty fast,

a little fella.

And he gets a pretty good lead on him, but he's not built for endurance. And after a while, some of the cops circle around,

a couple of blocks away, they pull up, they get him down, and they arrest him. And immediately, there was a press conference

by Quinell X who said, oh my goodness, they beat this poor boy. Oh, my God, I beat this boy.

This is a terrible thing. It's a sophomore high school.

He's old enough to break into your house and steal everything you have and kill you have.
