On Friday, two individuals were charged with capital murder, Johann Jose Martinez Rangel, 22, and Franklin Pania, 26.

They're both illegal aliens. The cases are pending in Democrat Josh Hill's court.

Houston's mayor, John Whitmire,

has called for the men to be held with no bond. I've seen a number of people writing about this as if that has any
