Before we went off the air yesterday morning just before 11.

I posted on Facebook what I told you here, which was that our news station, that our station, which is a news talk station, would be going long-form coverage, which meant they would preempt the shows from when we went off

the air at 11 which was Clay and Buck and then Hannity up until our evening show

to provide updates on the weather, news agencies, any

information that was important. And this goes back to the old days of radio being your lifeline.

And for many people in a storm when the power is out,

how quickly, if you don't have a generator and for many people didn't have

cell phones how quickly you are isolated and and feel vulnerable.

So and feel vulnerable.

So I posted that Facebook that KTRH will be long form. If you more information stay tuned it's just going to be

wall-to-wall hurricane coverage.

And a lady posted, doesn't help much if you don't have power.

And I was getting ready to light her up

because we were all tired.

We've been up long hours.

Our news team is sleeping in the studio.

Access in and out of,

we don't work out of that studio anymore but I'm just telling you because

we're when we're going to break and down the line we're talking to them constantly getting updates

and the like and our news team had slept in the hallways and had been doing this for a

while and was going to be doing this for a while and so there's something of a camaraderie and you feel to yourself you know you

appreciate that and I wanted people to know that these guys that are bringing you the news are working very hard to do this.
