First things first. Tomorrow is election day. If you have not voted, please right now make plans for when exactly you're going to do that.

Because waiting for an opportunity for the perfect moment when the time is going to pop open that you're miraculously going to get up and go vote

is just not going to happen.

That doesn't work for your workout.

It doesn't work for quality time with your kids or your wife

or much of anything else. You've got to plan it. Start with planning where you're

going to vote and exactly what time. You'll have to figure out your voting location on your own.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. as usual.

If you have voted already or even if you haven't voted and you're up to it, if you want to dramatically

increase your influence and the likelihood that good rather

than bad things result from tomorrow's voting, find one person around you who you trust votes the way you do and offer to take

them to vote.

Whether that means meeting them for breakfast,

vote first, then do breakfast.

Meeting them for lunch, vote first, then do lunch.

Dinner, if you have an elderly relative,

swing by and pick them up.
