But here's how Am I the Jerk works.

You tell us about an argument or a weird situation that you found yourself in and how you handled it in the moment. And then we'll discuss and not only give our opinion, but we'll also ask our listeners to text in to 7-8-5-9-2 and tell us what they think if that person was in the right or if they were in the wrong. And then by the end, hopefully we give everybody a little bit of peace of mind. Yeah. And maybe a reason to apologize later. Yeah. I don't know. So who needs our help today? Her name is Ashley. Tell us about your jerk problems. What happened?

Okay. So I honestly don't think I'm being a jerk about this, but okay, here's my story. I just found out that I'm getting proposed to. Oh, congratulations. You jerk? Thank you. I mean, it didn't happen yet. It didn't happen yet. Okay. Oh, whoa, wait. That's awesome. Wait, did he tell you or you, like, you found. No, he didn't tell me. I like found out through like our friends. Oh no girl. I know the girl like told me because she's like make sure you have your nails done and you have makeup on for the morning. And let's be honest. I mean, typically it's pretty obvious when a guy's going to propose. Yeah. Like they get really nervous. I don't know what they're going to say. And hopefully you've had the talk, like, he knows what size ring you are. Yeah. He's not just guessing. I really hope he knows. I mean, yeah. So anyways, I heard that he's going to do it on Christmas morning. Oh, that's so cute. Wait, is that good for you? Because some people that wouldn't be good for it. It's a little cliche. I'm obsessed with Christmas. So Christmas morning is the most magical time that he could like pick to do this. So I'm just so excited. Okay, so you're not that on board. Is that what you're saying? I think she said the opposite. Oh, okay. I think she said the exact opposite. It was a little bit confusing. So you're excited about your boyfriend proposing on Christmas.
