exhausting I just by Thursday I'm just exhausted and I don't feel like I'm enjoying my kids as much like I'm not mean to them

But I went to my family doctor and he wanted me to see a psychiatrist or

psychologist to figure out how to stop putting stuff on my plate and kind of learn those skills and I figured, you know, that
