One of the things that we see over and over again throughout the Bible is that what may start as a legitimate care and legitimate concern can quickly turn into an ungodly worry and anxiety when we don't cast those burdens and cares upon the Lord, and instead we bear them and become paralyzed by them.

But we're here, Hank, and we're talking about the subject of anxiety. In our last episode, we talked about the reality that we live in an anxious world.

Whether that's a 13-year-old or a 73-year-old, there's a commonality, and for that reason,
