Hey guys, Jeff here. Every once in a while we like to re-air some of our favorite episodes from the past couple years

for a few different reasons. One is a lot of you guys listen now that didn't listen back then. Our audience has continued to grow and we're so

thankful for that and so we want to expose you guys to some of our favorite ones in the

past or that ones that some of you who have been longtime listeners have said are your favorite and on top of that we like just doing this as a fun way

to bring what those ones that seem to bubble up and float up as important and good and once you guys enjoyed back as

reminders just because I think we always it's fun to hear things again from time

to time given the space of a year or two so today we're doing doing that, and this one is one of your guys' favorite
