She was a prodigy, was a world champion, was an Olympian, and at the age of 16, said,

this is too much for me.

I am retiring from the world of skating.

Went on a few vacations, said she wanted to actually just be a teenager, enjoy her life,

and be a kid again, and not have all of the pressure. And then went on a ski trip and realized

that she kind of liked the competition and wanted to go back to ice skating,
