Well, I guess let's just kind of take you back a year last spring where so much was going on in your life and you know, you see the reports and I'm sure you heard from Coach Drew himself

that he was, you know, visiting Lexington, wife was visiting Lexington,

taking that job seriously. He turns it down. So you're thinking, okay, maybe I'm making

the move there, however, that's going. He doesn't take it. Mark Pope takes the job and that he calls

you and then you end up following him. So just what was that kind of transition for you like

and just kind of deciding that Lexington was going to be your next home?

It was a huge moment of uncertainty.

I think in college basketball, you know,

you want to, the more stability you have, the better for your family.

And so, you know, the moment that, like, it was announced that

Coach Cal was going to Arkansas, I remember going to my wife and saying, uh-oh, something may happen.

And so there was a lot of uncertainty. Obviously, out of respect for Coach Drew, as a staff, we kind

of gave him his space.

But, you know, to be transparent,
