long time. Let's take up the Trump indictment first. You folks talked about it yesterday a little bit

Kim, but the president indicted on 34 counts of falsifying business records. Now that we've had a

chance to look at the indictment itself and the statement of facts that was sent out to a company.

Basically, these are the same crime committed 34 times allegedly and the indictment was really

included no surprises. There were a lot of people who thought with all the build up and all the

leaks, certainly Alvin Bragg, the manhandous attorney must have had some surprise, some new evidence.

There was a scareously any in the indictment and this crime he has charged Trump with is typically

a misdemeanor in New York State. It can be elevated to a felony if it's done to conceal another crime

and here is where this really gets interesting because the indictment mentions no such crime,
