In 2012, I created a website called Hardcore Closer.com.

It wasn't my intention to be the Hardcore Closer.

That wasn't a nickname I created for myself.

It was just a simple URLRL. But prior to that in about

2006 I went into a real estate office and met with a top producer real estate agent

and next to his phone was a golf glove.

And I asked the guy, I said, hey man,

what's the deal with the golf glove next to the phone?

And he said, man, I hate making code calls.

But when I put that glove on, it transforms my state of mind and I become the listing boss and I make those cold

calls and clear people that glove on my hand with a phone and it sends a

signal to my brain that it's go time and whether I hate cold

calling or not that's what I got to do. So back to 2012 I got this hardcore

closer website about six months later somebody walks up to me at a bar and they say you're the hardcore closer and I thought no no man that's just a website

And we talked for a few minutes and this was the first

fan that I ever met I remember where I was what the guy looked like everything I go

home that night and I thought what if I am the hardcore closer?
