I'm doing okay. We have another update on Scott Peterson.

He's just appeared in court seeking a retrial.

I don't know all the details to it, but it seems that he's made some progress.

And I'm interested to see if that actually pans out or not.

This really came about because the California Supreme Court, not too long ago, said,

this deserves another look because the original trial judge had excluded certain people from the jury,

well, from the jury pool because they were against the death penalty.

I guess in the court's opinion, this wasn't quite fair.

But yes, this is Scott Peterson trying for another trial and his attorneys now have 60 days of discovery.

And they're due back in court June 21st.

And I think this is interesting because I don't remember what percentage we gave,

but we both fell on. We think Scott probably did this crime, but that's a think.

This is a thought. This isn't we're super certain. You know what I mean?

So I would certainly be interested in a retrial.

And I think if he really did it, then at this point, they can approve it.

I don't know how popular that idea is, but you know, this is one of those cases where there are a few questions.

This is one that just was so well covered in the media.

And I find it hard to believe when I look back and I really think on this case that a jury really could be so impartial,
