Summary

Inspiration for the Nation is the weekly Jewish podcast from Living Lchaim, hosted by Yaakov Langer.

Alone Kaminer’s life was forever changed on October 7th. While serving as an IDF soldier, the unthinkable happened—a premature explosion during combat left him with devastating injuries: he lost his leg, right arm, left hand, eye, and more. He was clinically dead—but he survived.
This is more than just a survivor story. It’s one of unimaginable courage, resilience, and hope. Together with his friend Sagi, Alone has been training day after day to rebuild his life and show the world what it truly means to never give up.
If you’re looking for an inspirational story that puts everything in perspective, this is it. A true hero of Israel, fighting not just for his country—but now, for every step of his future.
