Welcome back my friends. For today's episode of Unshaken I'm going to try something a little different.

I want to teach two lessons simultaneously.

Now this isn't going to be some kind of technological marvel. It's not going to be some split screen approach.

I'm actually going to teach one thing but at two different levels.

I'm going to teach one lesson with all kinds of additional insight, spiritual depth and power, and another lesson that's just going to be a mediocre

passage of time and both of those messages will be conveyed

simultaneously. It's your call to decide which one you get.

In Alma chapter 12 which is where this lesson will end today we see a set of

verses that describes this duality perfectly.

It's Alma Chapter 12 verses 10 and 11,

where Alma says, He that will harden his heart,

and the heart is the key body part will be emphasizing today.

He that will harden his heart the same receiveth the lesser portion of the word, and he that

will not harden his heart, to him is given the great of the

portion of the word.

That's the choice that we're making.

The choice that you'll make today.

It's the choice each of us makes every time we sit before someone who's intending to teach us.

Truth is always being preached on two different frequencies.

It's almost like high definition versus standard definition.

How clearly do you want to see things on your screen?

In this case, there is a higher version and a lesser version of God's word.
