Welcome to Part 2 with Dr. Brian Mead, Alma Chapter 17 through 22.

Now, verse 32, and Ammon said,

Yea, and he looketh down upon all the children of men and he knows all the thoughts and

intense of the heart for by his hand were they all created from the beginning.

In this verse Ammon begins to teach Lamone some incredibly

important truths about who God is in relation to us. I think it's really

interesting that he doesn't say yay and he look it down upon all of men but he begins to teach

lemoni an incredibly important truth those men are his children he continues on

in verse 32 like you said that not only are we children of God

but God knows all of the thoughts and intense of our heart. He wants King

Lamoni to understand the omniscience of God, that God is our father and he knows

all things, and we are created by the hand of God.

He then goes on and he begins to teach these beautiful truths of the plan of redemption.

He begins teaching of the creation and the fall

and the atonement after Ammon teaches in these truths in verse 32

King Lamoni said I believe all these things to which thou is spoken, and then ask this question,

art thou sent from God? He begins to realize that Amman is not the great spirit.

Amman wants him to understand that he's a servant of God. And then in verse 34, Amman said into him, I am a man.

And man in the beginning was created after the image of God.

As you think about it, we're given some really in-depth beautiful accounts of creation.

We learn about creation in the book of Genesis.

We learn about the creation of the book of Moses.
