We're continuing our summer of heroes in case you are new and wondering what is this giant thing behind them.

We are picking one hero from the Book of Alma every week of this summer and we're giving them a protection scripture,

kind of like their power scripture, and then one invitation or challenge each week that you can do alone or in a group or but with your families that kind of helps you live out what we think makes that person.

And we want to hear what you're doing.

We want to hear about what's happening.

So will you tag us on Instagram at Don't Miss This Study particularly this week because this week's challenge is going to be we think fun.

And it'll be fun to see pictures of it.
