You know, last week you were a little sleepy. I had to text you while we were taping and say, texted me. You told me that you're sleepy. Yeah, you gave me a hard time. It's good. You motivated me. You fired me up. You woke me up. So tonight, you know, I had a drink. I hung out with my wife. I, and then I came inside and I started reading Twitter and read it to just get myself angry about some stuff. And now I'm ready to go, man. I'm angry. I'm feisty. And I want to fight. I want a debate. So we're ready to rock. All right. Let's do it. Let's do it. All right. So first things first, let's do a little quick rundown here. MLS is back is over. The Portland Timbers are champions. They defeated Orlando

City in the final. On Tuesday evening, I think pretty safe to say deserves champions. Sebastian

Blanco tournament MVP, vindication for me, failure once again for you, Paul.

You know, you can say that, but it doesn't prove anything.

I did.

It doesn't really matter.

And really, the more important thing to be right about, we'll talk about later in the show

where I was right and you were wrong.

And it's the more important thing, which is the level of spending from a tweet.

We are. So we are going to talk about Inter Miami signing Blaze Metweedy. This is a very allocation disorder friendly topic. So we're going to dive into that signing and the fact that he's not a designated player and he is a targeted allocation money signing. And who told you that? We're going to talk a little bit about how that fits into the broader scheme. Who told me that? Sources, you guessed correctly, I should add.

I just wanted to make sure.

But, you know, like, as long as we're out here taking credit and bragging, I was the one

Anyway, we're going to talk about that signing.

We're going to talk about how it fits into kind of the overall scheme of MLS and its objectives and its roster rules and what it says about all of that. And we're

going to talk a little bit about Reggie Cannon and Dallas and Nashville and their

demonstration, they're kneeling during the national anthem for their game on Wednesday night

and how it was responded to

by some of the fans that were allowed in that game in Frisco and what Reggie Cannon had to say after the match.
