Hey everyone, and welcome back to another episode of Short Stories for Kids!

Okay guys, we have a request for you from Allison.

And Allison is turning six on July 24th, so Happy Birthday, Allison for July 24th.

My birthday is actually quite close to that on the 5th of July, so yeah, we're

, we both have a birthday month in July, and she would love if we create a story about

an adventure with a cat, a unicorn, and a mermaid.

So we hope you enjoy this story, Allison, and everybody else that's listening, here we go!

Allison and the Magic Tree.

Allison was out for a walk in the summer sun.

She had decided to go for a long walk near the lake in the park where she lived.

It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining down, the birds were singing in the tree tops,

and the ducks and swans were gliding across the lake, smiling at her.

Allison decided today she would go into the woods that lay at the edge of one side of the park.

She had never really gone into the woods part before, but it was such a lovely day she decided

today was the day when she would explore and see what she could find.

As Allison walked through the forest, the great tall trees all around her,

whispering their secrets in the light breeze.

Allison decided to take a rest up and sit under the shade of a huge oak tree.

Suddenly, Allison heard a curious sound.

It sounded like meow.

Sure enough, walking up to Allison was a perfectly cute white fluffy cat with blue eyes.

He was the most beautiful cat Allison had ever seen and she loved animals so much.
