I'm actually guests of a Liverpool fan from this area called Deh. I'm also with Stephen Monaghan who got to know a couple of years ago at the

Augsburg game and also Keith Covin. So, Dick, thanks, brilliant hospitality. We've had

traditional Bavarian food. We're drinking traditional Bavarian beer.

How did you know, How did you come to support Liverpool?

Well, it started in 2005.

I think I'm not the only supporter who began supporting Liverpool in 2005 with the Istanbul final.

In 2005 my wife and I went on honeymoon to Mexico and I was an ordinary football supporter

to that time.

But the Champions League final took place during lunchtime in Mexico.

And I said to my wife, I have to watch that final.

And she said, no, it's lunchtime, it's honeymoon. I said I said no I'm a football supporter and then we came to a settlement and during the first half we had lunch and then I was allowed to watch the second half.

When I switched on the telly, I said,

Oh, three-day down.

One of the teams were three-day down,

and my wife said, let's go to the pool.

And I said, no, this is my half.

What I was fascinated by the reaction

of the Liverpool supporters yeah because they were singing they were celebrating

that they were there that the team were there. The team were there.

Yeah, yeah.
