Summary

The result may the be all and end all but the match is only one part of the experience of following Liverpool across Europe. That much is underlined in Peter Hooton's latest Allez Les Rouges podcast, which is recorded in Munich before and after the Reds booked their place in the Champions League quarter-finals with a superb 3-1 win over Bayern at the Allianz Arena. Peter and Allez Les Rouges regulars Ste Monaghan and Kieth Culvin stayed with a Munich-based Liverpool fan and spent time drinking and singing in the world-famous Hofbräuhaus before seeing their side cruise into the last eight. It's a shorter podcast that usual from Peter and Co, but it's a nice snapshot of the fun that was had in Bavaria.
