Well, since our last podcast, not much has happened as it,

apart from our Wales being turned upside down.

The tsunami that was the launch of the European Super League. It was one of those

instances where you just remember now where you were when that came, that news come through.

They've been speculation on the Sunday afternoon,

I think it was, about what was happening.

People shaking the heads going, no, that's never gonna happen,

that's never gonna happen. then at half 11 on the

Sunday night the press release came out and everyone realized they're not

joking the serious about this you know so John where were you and where were you when you got the news?

Just at home and when I first saw a couple of reports about it, I thought myself it was just, you know,

a little bit of speculation wasn't really going to be serious, It was just that same old story again. But you know, I quickly developed and I think to be honest with you, I think the owners of all the clubs were absolutely deadly serious and what I mean by that is I think from time to time over the past few years

They've used it to get some leverage with you a for or whoever to get what they wanted out of deals and more money and

whatever but I think this time and it was the owners by the way that's draw a distinction it wasn't LFC it was the owners

FSG I think they were deadly serious about going out of it and it would have just

ruined football for me totally not just for us but for all those other clubs who were left behind
