Among other resources or conclusions is the notion at the beginning of the 70s to clean up your own act,

purify the motive for action, which also could be in its spectral phase, yuppie hedonism,

but also that's clean up your act so that any political

gesture you take is not founded on aggression or resentment of parents, but it's actually

queer action that will not bring a payback that destroys the actor or the ideal acted for.

Poet Alan Ginsberg was the spokesperson for the Beat Generation Literary Movement and a powerful voice for civil rights, free speech,

and the peace movement for his entire life.

Ginsburg and Kagyu Tibetan lineage holder Chogiam Trunkberrimpoche

founded Neuropa Institute, now University, in Boulder, Colorado. Alan's Buddhist meditation

practice and poetics entailed keen observations of the ordinary.

Ginzburg and fellow New Jersey poet Amiri Baraka were close friends.

Baraka regularly came to Boulder to stimulate white poets into opening their minds to new political

and social visions.
