I just didn't see it, not from my perch.

At one point during the evacuation, there was an aircraft taking off full of people,

Americans and Afghans alike every 48 minutes and not one single mission was missed.

So I'm sorry, I just won't buy the whole argument of chaos.

It was tough in the first few hours.

You would expect it to be.

There was nobody at the airport.

That's John Kirby yesterday from the White House press room and I can't believe those

words came out of his mouth on the new Pentagon report on the withdrawal from Afghanistan.

I generally like this John Kirby fellow, I realized he's got a job to do and his job

is to help the administration.

But I had never heard him say anything to my mind, that ridiculous.

How can you possibly make the phrase, I didn't see any chaos from my perch, how can you make

those words come out of your mouth after what everybody saw during those weeks, shortly

after Joe Biden took office, coming out of Afghanistan.

So two thoughts.

Number one, earlier I mentioned.
