have been thinking about called The Empathy Hour.

My favorite part of the name of the show is it's not going to be an hour because of my schedule.

But this is where we talk a little bit about wine, a little bit about the concept of empathy

in the workplace or the world and then also get to know my partner in drinking the empathy

wine.

And today's partner and the first one is Jamie and I would love for you to introduce

yourself to the audience.

So why don't I give you the floor for a minute and then we'll go into the wine and then

we'll talk about empathy overall.

My name is Jamie Schmidt, most known for starting the business, Schmidt's Naturals.

It's a personal care products company I started in my kitchen back in 2010, started mostly

as a hobby.
