you all the ways that you're holding yourself back. Now, I should let you know. I only have

discovered these because they are personal to me. These are all of the ways that I have been holding myself back

with some personal stories and experiences that I can only imagine apply to other people

somewhere else in the world.

I think we all hold ourselves back in so many

different ways because we forget how much really is in our control and we start to just like

blame things and make excuses for why we are the way we are or why we're feeling what we're feeling.

But we have more control and more power than we realize, and we're always talking about

that. But I just thought this would be a cool episode idea because this past week, and I know I've
