It constantly sends data to your car's manufacturer.

It does a lot of great stuff.

I mean, it lets you know how your vehicle is doing.

It tells you when you need maintenance.

But a lot of people don't know about their cars computing power.

According to McKenzie, the modern car has about 100 million lines of programming code.

That's incredible.

But McKenzie and Company also says that modern cars process a ton of data every single hour, up to 25 gigabytes of data.

In fact, let me put that number into perspective.

That's enough storage space for almost 6,000 songs.

It's enough for eight high-definition feature-length films.

Every hour, your car processes enough data to store the

And as you probably realize, vehicles are only getting better and more tech savvy. Engineers are

working hard to outdo themselves.
