0:00.0	Hi, everyone and welcome to Bad on Paper podcast. I'm Olivia Mentor. And I'm Becca Freeman. And today is our June book club episode. We're talking about all the other mothers hate me. And this has a lot of discussion, just hot topics. So it's going to be fun. I'm ready. But before we get into our discussion, this episode is brought to you by a new book

0:48.3	My high is, it's kind of connected to my low. So I regret to inform everyone that everyone who message me and said, your desk situation
0:56.6	is going to lead to back and shoulder pain. Why did they say that? Was correct. Because my chair is not
1:02.3	ergonomically sound. It's just my chair looks like someone was churning butter in it, like for centuries.
1:09.0	And now I'm trying to type on my laptop constantly.
1:11.8	But I, just this week, have really been experiencing, like, such uncomfortable, kind of like
1:20.1	between my shoulder blades pain, which I think is because I've been hunched over my keyboard and, like,
1:25.4	really just, you know, not doing anything good for my body.
1:28.6	But you have your monitor at eye level, right? I do, yeah. But I think because I have to rest a certain,
1:36.6	like, I don't know, whatever it is is just not working for me. So, I mean, not to shame you,
1:41.5	I spend my full day in a C shape. It's coming for me.
1:46.1	I've had a lot of different back stuff over the years, usually from like overworking out or something back in my lifting days.
1:54.5	But I've never had this shoulder blade aching feeling. It's just the worst. And I think it's so hard to like find anything that helps it.
2:02.3	I had a standing desk for so long and it really helped me. So I've had this discomfort.
2:07.9	I was like, do something about it, Olivia. So I did this yoga video. It's 30 minutes by yoga by
2:14.0	Adrian, which is very popular on YouTube. And she has this video that my friend Martha suggested called Yoga for Writers.
2:21.3	And I was like, oh, that sounds kind of nice.
2:23.5	I'm not a yoga person, but like I was like some light stretching sounds lovely.
