So every year in December, we have a lucky co-host that gets to talk about their top books of the year. And I didn't get that

spot, but I have this spot, so I'm going to use it anyway.

I actually always take the one December show where you have to talk about the books that came out in December because there are so few books that come out this month.

We just do one show for all of them.

And I always do it because I consider it my penance for getting the first Tuesday of the

month, which is the

easiest Tuesday, because that's usually when there are the most releases and the biggest

releases. So I actually took that upon myself, but because I have this All the More Books slot,

I thought I would talk about my favorite reads.

And I'm kind of doing a mix because I can do whatever I want. It's just me here. I'm doing a mix

of 2025 releases and some backlist books that I read this year and discovered and loved.

But before I get into those, I want to talk about, because it's December, tailored book recommendations.
