| 1:14.0 | full 24 hours. You can sleep. You can eat. You can have a shower. You can do whatever your |
| 1:19.7 | obligations are. Some people just try to fit in a little more reading around their workday or |
| 1:25.2 | taking care of kids, reading picture books together, whatever you can. |

| 1:31.5 | The important thing is that you prioritize reading and you get some good snacks in. |
