This is podcast number two for the month of January 2010.

Greetings loyal Clark's old citizens.

Let me start this second podcast of the month with a huge thank you.

You have helped us break numerous records on

Clark's old magazine. Whether it's the actual visits on the site or the

downloads for the things by Peter Watts, The story has gotten so much attention and we have

everyone to thank for retweeting it, for passing along to your friends. By

helping to spread the word you have made that story incredibly popular.

To add a little anecdote, shortly after we released the things at the beginning of this month,

one of my friends contacted me via I am. He asked me whether or not this whole thing

continues to be surreal. The podcasting, the getting to work at such a wonderful

magazine with with excellent, excellent people,

the getting to go to science fiction fantasy conventions

and meeting authors and fans and whatnot.

The answer for me was almost immediately.

No, it never ceases to be surreal and I am

thankful for every single moment that you guys have allowed me to have here because I'm

telling you right now and I always always try to tell you how much I am grateful that we have your support.

So, a big hearty thank you again and again and again and you will always hear me say that because without you

Clark's world ceases to exist. So on to our story. Our second audio fiction for
