1:16.3	familiar with the matter told CNN, Giuliani and his lawyer believe they could explain face-to-face,
1:22.1	why Trump needed to assist his former attorney with his ballooning legal bills.
1:26.9	But, according to the reporting, Trump verbally agreed to help with some of Giuliani's
1:31.5	legal bills without committing to any specific amount or timeline. NBC News has not independently
