Summary

It’s the week after the Masters, and there’s a lot to unpack. First, Madeline and Charlotte trade off some fun facts about the Masters, and talk about how pro golf is basically Comic-Con. Then it’s time to dive into all the drama surrounding Rory McIlroy and his historic win on Sunday — it involves fellow golfer Bryson DeChambeau, former tennis star Caroline Wozniacki, and his current wife, Erica Stoll. It also involves Tiger Woods’ divorce lawyer.

The WNBA draft took place last night, and UConn star Paige Bueckers went No. 1 overall as expected, and managed to make the moment about her teammates because she seems absolutely delightful. ESPN’s Holly Rowe appears to have hard-launched basketball star Hailey Van Lith and NBA star Jalen Sugg’s relationship, the Golden State Valkyrie’s Shayenne Sellers got engaged and drafted in the same week, and everybody in basketball knows everyone else. Plus — the emergence of super athletes.

An update on the Denver Nuggets’ firing of head coach Michael Malone and general manager Calvin Booth with only three games left in the regular season. Team president Josh Kroenke acknowledged that the timing was “crazy” and said neither Malone nor Booth “deserved it.” The gals reiterate that your employer is not your friend.

And now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for: a conversation about The Athletic’s explosive Jordon Hudson reporting. UNC head coach and notorious 72 year old Bill Belichick’s 24-year-old girlfriend has been active on the school emails, talking about how hiring Bill’s son shouldn’t be advertised as nepotism. Also, she’s trademarked a lot of new companies for Bill lately, and her email signature says she’s the COO of a fake company. AND, she’s competing to be Miss Maine in the hopes of going on to compete in the Miss USA pageant.

Finally, US vice president JD Vance dropped Ohio State’s trophy. A real metaphor!
