books that really surprised me and of course they are both sapphic.

I am Canadian and that means that working for an American company, I am often confused

about what days I have off and what days everyone else has off and I have to keep a little

So I didn't realize I had Labor Day off, Labor Day with a U, of course, until only a few

So I am recording this at a strange time and I feel totally off my game and I'm hoping

that the dogs aren't in a bark and that there isn't going to be loud yard work happening

outside but I can't guarantee either of those.

So I'm just going to stumble through this and we'll do our best but I do have two books

that I am really excited to talk about and it's an interesting topic because both of

these sapphic books did something that I wasn't expecting but of course in order to talk

about them I kind of need to spoil them a little bit.

I'm not going to spoil them in a lot of detail but I'm going to try my best not to actually
