This is episode number 345 and a half and today I'm going to talk about a couple backlist titles that I'm excited to share with you.

During the last backlist that I hosted, I talked about Atomic Habits by James Clear.

In the book he talks about thinking of a habit you already have, like brushing your teeth before bed,

or taking out the trash on a certain day, and then using that as an anchor for the new habit you want to build.

For example, if you have the habit of brushing your teeth every night before bed,

then maybe immediately after that you attach the new habit of writing one thing you're grateful for,

and your gratitude journal, or whatever the new thing is that you want to be doing.
